PhD candidates
Applications from candidates holding MSc degree are welcome. Candidates should have an excellent academic track record and a strong motivation to conduct original research in synthetic organic chemistry.
The funding of PhD candidate is paid from research grant projects, and any available fully-funded PhD positions will be advertised here when the grant is secured. Thus, the number of available positions depends on the number of free vacants in the research projects. However, if you are self-funded or are keen to apply for a scholarship from other source, then feel free to make contact with Seb as soon as possible.
Please note, as our PhD candidate, you also join the Institute of Organic Chemistry of Polish Academy of Sciences and the Warsaw PhD School in Natural and BioMedical Sciences (Warsaw4PhD). Bachelor, Engineer, Master Research Projects
We are always looking for highly motivated students, and offer an oportunities to realize their diploma theses (BSc, Eng, MSc) in our laboratories. You will receive an independent project in one of the major research fields of the group (catalysis, photochemistry, electrochemical synthesis, reagent development, asymmetric synthesis) while working in close cooperation with a PhD student. Please look at our recent publications to familiarize yourself with our research. For the best students, we offer scholarships from both the grant funds and the Institute’s subsidy.

Implementation PhD cadidates (edition 2023)
The program is aimed at people starting doctoral studies, but applications must be submitted by academic universities, scientific institutes of the Polish Academy of Sciences, research institutes or international scientific institutes operating in Poland - running a doctoral school.
